UPS stores can be hit or miss, but Hailey was phenomenal. From helping to confirm box availability and pricing before we went in, to helping with suggestions of how to pack, she was fabulous. We also came in at 4pm with a rush of other people, and she was attentive, communicative, and helpful to everyone else while she made sure we got our package done. Thank you Hailey!

Suzanne and Shalae were patient with my bulk printing job. It’s evident that they care about service and quality of the experience. Having run around town having challenging experiences, their professionalism was refreshing. Highly recommend if you need printing, passports, shipping!

I had a really great experience at UPS thanks to Savanary. I was shipping an expensive item internationally and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. On top of that, I was sending it to someone I didn’t know, so I was definitely a bit nervous about the whole process. Savanary walked me through every step and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. She was incredibly patient, caring, and thorough. What really stood out was that the store was quite busy and she was handling everything on her own, yet she managed the crowd seamlessly while still giving me the attention and reassurance I needed. Thanks to her help, my package arrived exactly as scheduled and everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate all of her assistance and professionalism

Savanary was absolutely fantastic and deserves special recognition. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what could have been a stressful UPS Store visit completely smooth and easy. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently, and her customer service was genuinely outstanding. If you’re lucky enough to be helped by Savanary, you’re in great hands. The UPS Store is fortunate to have her, she’s a real asset to the team.

The product knowledge and fantastic customer service is was incredibly impressive at the UPS store on 1041 Market St in San Diego. The team member was patient and careful with our notary papers and we observed that other team members treated customers with respect. Very efficient and friendly!
