It was in the omni hotel, and it was never mentioned anywhere. It is supposed to be mentioned in address or any other proper place. It was a pain to find ups store and when i found it was 5:01pm so it got closed. I had to carry my large box 2 times.

If you’re planing on using the USPS services, be ready for a 84% surcharge. It costs me $8.61 to send $4.44 (6 postcards and 1 standard envelope).

Love going to this UPS. It’s in a hotel yes but any employee will direct you if you just ask. Jason is the best, always gets it done quickly. The hotel also smells divine

Update: Went a third time to drop off a pre-paid abs labelled package. They wanted to charge me a $6 drop off fee. (Never been the case before today.) They said they're a "hotel affiliate" and not a full UPS Store. This needs to be properly labelled on Google. Calling it a UPS Store is quite an exaggeration. It's basically a large closet in the Omni, with one guy working there. The guy leaves the office sometimes to help people in other areas of the hotel I guess, as well as taking a lunch hour. He's quite friendly and helpful when he is there. Which is all fine of course, but it should be more clear for people going here that it's really a UPS service offered at a hotel shopping center, not a "UPS Store".

Good to use if you need tracking for court cases. They will deliver and come through with signed off packages otherwise being served. I trust UPS greatly and know they are the staple of any good business. I am sure their competitors have given them a good blow to the dome but at the end of the day their systems in place and processes are valuable.
