I wanted to take a moment to thank the team at this UPS Store, especially Aiden (I apologize if I'm misspelling his name). I came in feeling extremely overwhelmed and frustrated after dealing with an Amazon return issue. Despite that, the staff showed me nothing but patience, kindness, and grace. They took the time to explain everything, helped me figure out my next steps, and even helped me load everything back into my car when I wasn't able to complete the drop-off. It's clear they've dealt with situations like this before, and they handled it with professionalism and empathy. I also want to make it clear that any frustration I showed was directed at the situation—not at the employees who were trying to help me. Customer service like this is rare, and I left feeling much better than when I arrived. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for going above and beyond to help me when I needed it. Thank you

I’m not always a fan of doing reviews, especially these days when customer service is waning. However., I always have really good customer service here UPS. I only use UPS I don’t go to any other office. I can always count on the people. They’re being really nice, especially Benjamin. I am fortunate to have him help me when I need to use your store. He’s a really good employee and makes it a very easy and comfortable experience. Anyway it’s hard to find that these days.

Great service by Josiah, he was very helpful in printing our 2 separate emails as 1 price which was a small savings. As we were getting on our bikes a single print out blew in the wind and an employee putting out the notary sign asked if we needed a complimentary folder. Great idea!

This UPS store is exemplary for customer service. The staff is always kind and helpful. Every time I enter in greeted kindly. Sure things can get a little backed up when everyone and their mom is trying to return something at the same time but the biggest thing is the staff clearly care. It's a rare thing these days so I'm grateful for Bobby and I can't recall the other staff names at this time but I wanted to give him a shout out.

Have you ever walked into a store and the people already know what you’re there for? Were they already know your name? That happened to me today at the UPS store. Thank you for having Benjamin And Jose. Truly outstanding work. They are top-tier employees, friendly anticipating my needs asked if I needed anything else. I appreciate all the help.
