Thank you to OMARI LINTON. He is a real thoughtful and gentle guide for clientele. I was trying to return to a paused shipment process when 2 customers refused to move to allow me desk access, Omari had announced with apologies, excuse please and request for access for me to return to the desk several times without them budging a bit. After saying "excuse me" while moving around them politely, one of the customers criticized me saying I didn't say "excuse me" enough, I apologized and said again: "I'm sorry, excuse me", he dismissed my multiple requests and then blamed me for trying to be "the victim". It was a hostile and uncomfortable social attack on me but I felt Omari was in gentle control and honored his guide through this rough and rude interaction. Thank you!

Great experience! Had some Amazon returns I didn't know how to ship out and staff was very helpful. Shoutout to Omari, who was very kind and walked me through how to use the self-service label printing.

If I could give less than one star, I would if your fax doesn’t go through good luck on getting your money back they send you all over the place with different numbers and then say the office is closed.

Harassed by a fleet of homeless outside. They are all over the walkway from parking lot into the store. The actual UPS was good. Good workers.
