Zach Wildey 4 months agoI went here for a simple little Amazon return. Amazon instructed me to take my return to the nearest UPS authorized shipping place. I brought my package here for my return and the guy tells me "oh, we're not equipped to handle QR codes. You'll have to go somewhere else with that." What?! This is downtown San Diego in the year 2026 and you're not capable of handling a QR code? So much for being a "full-service" provider, as described by the owner. Pathetic
