Horrible customer service. Would not accept an Amazon return even though instructions from Amazon return was being followed. Workers were rude and condescending. Update to response from the business: Staff was rude and would not listen to my issue. I was not shipping a vacuum or battery. Amazon instruction told me to bring my items to UPS, no box or label required. Yet the store insisted that I needed to provide my own box. Staff was unhelpful and did not try to resolve my issue by listening to me at all.

I love this place and the aunties that come with it! I have one of their virtual mailboxes and it's so simple and convenient because they can sign for all my packages and I don't have to worry about being present. I don't understand all the negative reviews. The staff is always nice to me and remembers my name. It's a neighborhood friendly business and you get exactly what you're paying for every single time.

I haven't had to pay Anything this UPS Store on Makaloha where I have walked over to often since 2017) to "Return Items to Amazon," so am surprised to read the complaints from people about "paying" for this service. I almost never bring a box from Amazon to return my items, but do often bring an Amazon mailer bag, or bubble bag to carry the items for my Return. The clerks just scan my "Return Code" from my phone and take the product, and they do it with or without the bag. I Always receive polite, professional & rather quick service and I am friendly towards whoever is helping me. So maybe, the people complaining are not scanning their Return Codes or are rude to the staff there? I haven't had to buy any supplies there to "Return things" but have maybe bought a roll of clear Scotch brand postal tape once for my personal use, when I saw it there. It was likely more expensive per roll than buying a pack of them from Amazon (which I Always do, but had just run out of it and needed it Asap.

Came here because I needed a notary in a hurry, and to that end, I got it done. Problem was, the notary charged $5 + a $20 "clerical fee" per seal. So, $75 later I had three signatures. The price is clearly marked, but such vague clerical fees are generally improper and impermissible by Hawaii notarial statute. Buyer beware.

I was under pressure and out of time! Nori to the rescue! 🦸‍♂️ ⭐️ Nori made my year start right! He helped me expedite legal documents out just in the nick of time! He saw my pressure and my stress and helped me instead of pushing me out at closing time! I greatly appreciate his kindness and assistance to my desperate need at the time! Thank you Nori for that above and beyond customer service! 👏
