Clerk quoted me over $65+ for shipping without giving me options. He ended up telling me about the rates for ground transport after I asked for cheapest rates. In an attempt to dissuade me from choosing that option he said it would take more than a month. It took a week!

Absolutely horrible!!! They can’t take accountability for anything. Had a package dropped off and they said they never received it. Had to provide proof of receipt, or else they would have never believed me. Later they said they are too busy to scan packages, so sometimes the packages go unscanned. Well it’s be 12 days with no scan. Horrible customer service. Lie after lie. They just go around the problem and don’t help at all. As a customer I expect a shipping carrier to do there job correctly. Unacceptable

I just went to this store just now to drop off an important insured shipment Due to the value involved insurance requires the item should be double boxed I had the small box but needed a medium UPS shipping box in order to comply With insurance regulations They said they do not have any medium boxes or supply any UPS packaging at all They offered to sell me a box I am speechless what UPS store does not have supplies Appalling customer service Rude employees

Dishonest. I just realized today after months of using their service that theyve been charging me without notice “cost adjustment” I have 1 product i sell on ebay. Literally, packaged, all uniform, same weight, same size. Because ebay automatically organizes the cheapest shipping its a toss between usps and ups. I reviewed all of usps charges, theres no overage. But ups, half the time, theyres an overage, but the other half there isnt. Meaning they accepted Why is it that usps never charged overage? And why is it that ups themself half the time didnt have an overage? Its inconsistent. And low quality. And dishonest because i they charged me and i never knew all this time
