Unclear information. So regarding Amazon shipping, packages can be dropped off here, but only if it’s prepared with address labels, taped, packed. If you have a QR code return from amazon, they can not accept. Address labels only.

They cannot scan the QR code the seller provides, you have to have the packing label printed out yourself

I use this for UPS shipments that are too large for the drop box. It's inside the Longs the second east floor of Ala Moana Center. You'll have go to the register in the back, near the doors that exit into the mall. The employees at those registers can scale packages and accept them for drop off. It's the closest drop off for me and there is usually plenty of parking across the street. I just wish I didn't have to walk all the way through the store with my packages. I always have my packages pre labeled, I don't think they can print labels for you.

Why am I having so much trouble When returning Amazon packages at this location? Never have a problem at other locations.

The staff was very helpful unfortunately there is no way to print labels or figure out package weight.
