I came in with a true last-minute shipping situation, and the owner and staff absolutely came through. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. No attitude, no rushing, just excellent customer service. This is how it’s supposed to be done. I definitely look forward to doing business with them again.

I had a terrible experience with this store. I needed to print some pages for DMV appointment and was patiently waiting in the line for over 20 minutes… when it got to my turn, the cashier looked at the clock, waited a couple seconds and said, we don’t do printing after 3:30 pm!! It looked like an arbitrary time to just not do the service, horrible! The other guy that was working on packaging tried to help and said “you can go to the other ups store close by”

This UPS store is my favorite of all time!!! I work for a retail business in the neighborhood and I ship A LOT . I am in store 6064 2 times a day most days. My GIRL Mrs LOVE that works there makes my experience the best. She is very helpful and quick on days I need to get in and out. I would highly recommend this store for your shipping needs.

The owner, Jarese Wilson, was friendly, informative and accomodating. It is the weekend before Christmas and she gave her employee a day off to prepare. So she is a kind owner as well.

5 stars is not a enough to represent how stellar this store is! I stop by this location all the time—and every visit usually involves about 20 returns so I’m sure they’re secretly sick of me😆 Despite how busy it can get, every single visit is such a pleasant experience. The staff here are incredibly kind, efficient, and professional. Even when there’s a long line, or other customers come in frustrated (which they do!), they handle everything patience and with a smile. It’s clear they truly care about providing great service, and that makes such a difference. This has been my local spot for two years now and I appreciate getting to see the same friendly faces—it really gives the place a welcoming, neighborhood feel that I love having in such a hustling big city like Chicago
