Overall great experience. The store was easy to find. It was clean upon entry. Mr. Bob Yee was super helpful and knowledgeable and also patient. It was empty when I first arrived however, I had a long process of trying to mail six different things. There were a few other people that came in and he was able to take care of them simultaneously.

I have used Bob's UPS store for more than ten years. From sending small & large packages, shredding sensitive documents, notarizing legal documents, obtaining shipping & packing materials, I have never disappointed with the services and results. I am not his friend or relative, just a highly satisfied customer. I highly recommend his services to you.

Stopped in for a Notary on a document. Bob handled the task with courtesy and professionalism. Super friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. 5 STARS all the way!! Great staff too!!!

Me and my wife went to this UPS store for notary for more than 10 documents and especially my wife went thrice there, Bob at the UPS store was incredibly kind, polite and professional. We had more than 10 pages, that needed notarization, but he only charged me for one page, which was very generous for him. And also in hurry we had pages in my hand when we reached to the store, but he gave us an envelope to for keeping those pages and that is free of cost at all- that is really very awesome. He handled everything quickly and with a great attitude with a smile on his face always. Its rare to meet someone so helpful and honest. Really appreciate his service- super highly recommend this location. And Bob is really an incredible person, as I said above its rare to meet someone as helpful and honest.

I needed a document notarized, and I emailed the location for an appointment. I got a quick response regarding the hours for notary. When I stopped in, Bob notarized my documents quickly and gave me additional information regarding other services in the area. I had a deadline I was trying to meet, and Bob's outstanding efforts saved me time. I appreciate the great customer service!
