I've been going to this UPS for years and am disappointed how they handled my lost package. This store lost my 2-day shipping package I purchased on 5/4. I understand things happen. I went to the store on 5/11 and 5/15 for a refund and update. Jesse, an employee, said he "didn't want to bother the manager over something so small and there was nothing to be done, come back when the manager is in". It was a $130 package. I left my contact information. The manager, Tig, has not contacted me since. I came in a third time 5/22 asking for an update and was told the same. At this point, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Companies are only as good as how they handle a problem.

I always have a great experience at this location. Tig and the entire staff are always friendly, patient, professional, and helpful. They make it so easy to mail packages and handle returns. And you can get things notarized! Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

I have been to this UPS on division st, Chicago several times, they are very crowded. Very small space but the guys behind the desk are always super friendly, willing to go the extra step and I especially love TIG. He always has great eye contact very intelligent, always helps me out with showing me what box to buy, etc. he’s friendly and smart and I am sure he is a huge asset to UPS!! He works very fast. I am in and out there in record time! :-) If he were my employee, I would give him a raise!

My concern is with one specific employee, not the entire location. The male employee working at the first counter as you enter on May 1 around 3 PM refused to accept my package and sent me to the post office, only for the post office to send me back. This caused unnecessary back and forth and wasted time and money. When I returned and said staff should be mindful of customers’ time and money, he told me to leave and go to another location. He called me angry and was extremely defensive and unprofessional. However, another employee at the same location accepted my package without issue, which I appreciated. Because of that, my review is mixed: one employee was helpful and professional, while the first interaction was unnecessarily frustrating and disrespectful and could have been handled much better. I hope management addresses this so other customers do not have the same experience.

Ethan and Zile were incredibly helpful and patient with my several tasks today. I appreciate great customer service and will be back!
