Dear the Managerial Staff of UPS Store, Chicago, Yesterday Maxwell helped little old me file some taxes with the local government… an unpaid check I forgot to send in from - can you believe it- FOUR months ago. I immediately rushed over to your store and I was greeted by your lovely Maxwell. I’ll be honest, he wasn’t much of a looker but nonetheless his hard work and efficient attitude allowed me to rest easy tonight knowing I won’t be won’t be getting chased by tax collectors again. P. S PLEASE LET MAXWELL KNOW I WILL BE OVER TO DROP A BOX OF MY FINEST (homemade) cookies Best regards and many thanks, Janice

The most friendly and helpful UPS in the West Loop. I swear every time I’ve come here you would’ve they’ve known me personally. Your business and packages are safe here trust me. 100 percent recommend. Thank me later 🥰

I recently came into what is now "my UPS" with 30 packages to send out, majority of which did not yet have labels. Max was INCREDIBLE in helping me get them all out and quickly, while friendly and professional throughout the process. He made the process so smooth and pleasant, as I was a bit stressed about bringing so many packages in without labels! The customer service here is stellar, and my work and I will be using this location as "our UPS" from now on!!

Max at UPS was great. He was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process really easy. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and you can tell he actually cares about doing his job well. Definitely appreciate the good service.

The guys here are great!! Tig and staff are incredible. I visit 2-3 times a week and it’s the easiest experience. Couldn’t be more thankful to have them as my neighborhood shipment partners!!!
