The staff here(Askash, Kevin, and Jenny) are very efficient and customer service friendly. Grishma, I didn’t forget that you patiently check to see if the mail has arrived when I call. I have rented a box at this location for over four years. This isn’t the staff I first started with , but they’re best so far. You guys are awesome and HONEST!!!Thsnks for the great service.✌🏾

Kevin and Jenny are the absolute best. Kevin went above and beyond for me when I had an issue with my package I tried to send back, he spent probably around 45 minutes of his time going above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. Kevin and Jenny you two are amazing!!! Big thanks to kevin!! Thank you

The customer service at this UPS Store on Clybourn is absolutely amazing! Every visit is a great experience — the staff are always welcoming, friendly, and professional. They handle and pack my shipments with such care and attention to detail. It’s always satisfying to come here, and I’ll definitely keep returning for all my shipping needs. Highly recommend this location!

Wonderful experience, had to ship a big box, was not able to lift out of my suv, due to back issues. Kevin saw I was not able to handle box, he was such a gentleman and said mama I can help you, he jump in grab box right away. Nothing like good customer service, I can’t thank Kevin enough for stepping in and taking charge. Thank you Kevin you really showed who you are and I truly appreciate it, you made my day. Thank you regular customer.

Kevin is solely the reason I will be back. He was wonderful and patient with me while I worked out the return details with another company. He was careful with the return of my Dyson and packaged it with extra care. A stressful situation was made better because of UPS. Thank you for being open on a Sunday! Thank you Kevin and store #4237!
