I’ve been there five times to mail and return packages. Always being treated the best! Staffs are really friendly and helpful. They took care of everything for me :) And they made the process smoother than you could expect. 10/10

I have used this branch many times to send my packages, and every visit has been a great experience. All the staff members are friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. I have never had a bad experience here, and their service truly impresses me. Compared to some other locations, this branch stands out for its positive attitude and professionalism. The team is patient, efficient, and genuinely cares about customers. Thank you for consistently providing such warm, reliable, and excellent service. Even though I didn’t ask for any specific names, I can confidently say that every staff member here is responsible, professional, and truly willing to provide excellent service.

This is my neighborhood UPS that I frequent often, never had issues before. I recently mailed an expensive item with a 4 figure value for return and when the seller received it, they opened the box on camera in their store and the merchandise was missing. After going through a UPS claim process and being denied despite the fact I paid for $4000 worth of insurance on the package, I have been trying to reach the owner of the store only to be ignored and ran in circles by the manager of the store, Cris Lopez. He refuses to give me the owner’s information and when I attempt to have the owner call me, I’m told I have to wait a week and the owner will get in touch with me at his convenience. This matter has already gone on for 3-4 weeks and a serious issue with this amount of money lost for myself the customer, being ran around and treated like “we’ll get to you when you feel like it,” is absurd. Not only am I being given the run around but at each juncture this manager Cris Lopez is attempting to poke holes in my story to make me out to be nefarious. It’s to the point I believe himself and the owner are in on this because they keep deflecting and 1 trying to place blame and poke holes and 2 hiding while refusing to work with me for any resolution here.

I always have a great experience at this location, all thanks to the incredible workers. Pam especially is always warm, patient and thorough. This is officially my go-to for UPS drop-offs.

I had to find a place to receive packages due to thefts, and let me tell you out of going to multiple locations, this place was like an oasis in the desert! Mgr Cristian Lopez, was helpful and informative, and the location was immaculate and in order! This is my go to spot in the future, dont even go anywhere else if you want satisfaction and quality! Tell them I sent you!
