I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. On June 4th, I visited the store to return a package. The representative placed the new shipping label on the box but failed to remove or properly cover the old label, even though I specifically asked for it to be removed or covered. As a result, the package was delivered back to my home address instead of reaching its intended destination. To resolve the issue, I had to spend additional time contacting the company, explaining the situation, and requesting a new return label because the original one had expired. I then returned to the UPS Store expecting them to help correct a mistake that originated during my previous visit. Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me refused to provide her name, was extremely rude and dismissive, and took no responsibility for the error. Rather than offering a reasonable solution or showing any concern for the inconvenience caused, she insisted that I pay additional fees to print the replacement label. Mistakes happen, but customer service is measured by how those mistakes are handled. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic courtesy I experienced was unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the way I was treated as a customer. I hope management addresses both the training and customer service standards at this location to prevent similar experiences for others.

If you value customer service do not go to this location. The Karla person is rude and unprofessional. I'm a south loop resident so this is a convenient location for me, but I'm willing to go out of my way to never do business here again. We have options and all south loop neighbors should choose NOT to go here, maybe we can get her out of our business loop. The absolute worst experience every single time. I use fed exp now on michigan

Today, I came to this location to pick up a package. Since it’s Good Friday, the line was pretty long. I showed the employee my confirmation number, and he went to the back for a few seconds before returning to tell me the package wasn’t there. He said, “Sometimes UPS says they delivered stuff, but we didn’t receive it.” I told him I was 100% sure it was there, but I would go ahead and file a claim and report it lost. I went back to my car and called UPS. The manager confirmed that the package had been delivered. I went back inside to speak with a different employee about the issue, and he found the package right away. I understand that humans make mistakes — I truly do — but it’s imperative to take your time and make sure you’re thoroughly looking for customers’ packages. This situation could have escalated for no reason. The first employee was too busy singing along to Chris Brown to slow down and properly assist a customer. This employee has braids. Update 8/12/2025: I hate to leave another review—I just left one a few months ago. However, I live in the South Loop, and unfortunately, I choose to come to this location for convenience. When I walked into the store today, there were no other customers. I approached the desk, and the young gentleman stared at me for about 10 seconds. I decided to say, “Hello, how are you?” but he didn’t respond. I’m not sure if it was a long day for him or if I was distracting him, as he was wearing AirPods. Whoever the manager is, please teach your team about good customer service. I also don’t understand why everyone at the counter is wearing AirPods.

Went there to drop off a package, was greeted by a friendly employee who cracked a few jokes, we laughed together…giggled a bit and smiled a lot. Overall, the service was very quick, looking forward to dropping off another package so I could relive this moment again. Cheers!

The worst UPS I have ever been to. The workers there were super rude. Full of attitude like every customer did something wrong to them. Also making every customer feel stupid does not have common respect for a single customer in the store.
