Walked in to drop off a package with a prepaid return label. A gentleman immediately directed me to the correct area to scan it in, took the package, taped it up for me, and I was on my way. Very friendly and tremendously efficient. I would highly recommend this UPS Store location.

I walked into this River North UPS Store about 20 minutes before closing time on a Monday. I was totally stressed out and lowkey embarrassed because I had 13 different Amazon returns, all unpackaged, not sorted and carried inside between three boxes,I felt like a complete mess. I was fully expecting to be that annoying last minute customer that was gonna make someone have to do a ton of extra work right at the end of their shift and felt so bad. But as soon as I walked in an employee named Kevon changed the entire vibe right away. He greeted me with nothing but kindness, professionalism, and respect, and calmly asked how he could help. When I told him about the Amazon returns, he didn’t flinch or make me feel like a burden or anything crazy like I was expecting but instead, he walked me over to the self service kiosk and personally showed me how to scan my QR codes, use the plastic bags they provide, and apply the labels correctly. He didn’t just explain it and leave me there even though right away I was feeling so relieved that I can do this and don’t have to ruin someones day and be that annoying customer.. so right as he showed me I was like oh ok thanks I got it.. but honestly still wasn’t fully sure what I was doing at all but figured I’d figure it out as I went but Kevon didn’t leave me their to struggle on my own, he walked me through the first one step by step, and he made sure I felt confident, Kevon turned what I thought was going to be a complete chaotic process, into something super simple. On top of that, once I was done, he even offered to throw away the bulky boxes I brought everything in. Kevon is a rare kind of employee who treats every customer with patience, respect, and genuine care, even at the end of a long shift. It might not seem like a big deal to some, but to me, it meant everything. He completely turned my day around. While I was there packaging all my things initiating my returns many other customers came in and I saw that he went and helped each and every customer with the same respect and care. He didn’t make anyone feel annoying or small, he was putting smiles on our faces just by simply being a nice person and being helpful dude just has great energy! 🚨🎯 UPS ‼️⭐️ if you’re reading this, give that man a raise. Kevon deserves all the recognition for going above and beyond. He’s a true asset to the company! 🙌🏽

Says it's open at 8AM Saturdays. The sign on the door literally says 8:30AM. Please update your hours, I walked here at 7:45AM to ship something before my flight (it wouldn't fit in my luggage). Ended up having to throw the items away because I couldn't wait around for 45 minutes for the store to open. It is NOT open at 8AM on Saturdays.
