Nikya Mcclendon 4 months agoI love this location. I have been coming here for years even when it was under different management and I have never had an issue. The people behind the counter have always been very pleasant. They do what is in their power to get you in and out. I like the fact that now they have a separate scan station for Amazon so that doesn't take up as much of their time doing regular postal services that they were originally intended to do.
Michael Krauthamer a month agoI went to UPS to stop an order I had placed an hour earlier. After checking, I was informed that i could get it returned if I paid $400.00. I was happy to pay the money for the return. The next day I returned to retrieve the package, I was informed they didn’t have it returned because I didn’t pay. I knew I had to pay but no-one said a word about paying upfront. This manager cost me several thousands of dollars. I will never step foot in that store, ever again. I will tell ever I meet what happened at this UPS.
