Tyrese was quite helpful, courteous and kind during my trip to the Broad Ripple UPS store today. I needed to pack something and he cleared off a spot for me to use while he tended to a steady stream of customers. Good customer service, it seems, has become increasingly hard to find. Tyrese provided GREAT customer service and that experience is what turns patrons from impartial to loyal customers. This young man is on it, and I could see that being kind and serving people well was important to him.

I’ve been an account holder here for over 10 years and have been pleased with the service. Only once was there a missing package and the store manager, Dee handle the issue professionally and expeditiously. Even though Amazon prime delivers in the garage, we keep our box here as it’s worth the cost for our other deliveries.

Taking a moment out of my day to leave a review after recalling the pleasant experience I had picking up a package I had kept at this location recently. The staff person had a line nearly at the door and he managed to serve every single customer with a great attitude and in a timely manner. This was a valuable package I was receiving and it’s such peace of mind to be able to confidently direct my deliveries to this store. I did not catch the employees name, but he had long hair and glasses and was a delight amongst all customers.

I have been going to this location for about 10 years and they are always great and efficient! Verbal was excellent and helped me out greatly and made it fast and easy for me to return my items and ship something in the same transaction! Will continue to go here!

Ty & Dre were a wonderful help with returning my equipment today! They were very knowledgeable in assisting me with finding my codes to return mu equipment effectively and with a quickness.
