I used the UPS Notary service, did you know that UPS has a notary service? I didn't until I was doing some research, and it's amazingly convenient. The notary at the 10th & Shadeland store, that was working on 3/26, at 11:30 am, was extremely professional!! He notarized all of my paperwork, made copies, and then overnighted them for me, and it was seamless. I would highly recommend.

Excellent establishment! I always love to be greeted upon entering a place of business. It makes my day and also shows the great customer service and personality of people that are the face of the company. I was helped by Bryyson at the 10th and Shadeland location. He was calm quick and very professional with a neat appearance! He had a wonderful attitude which made the visit great! This type of customer service is what people like and keeps them coming back. This location was very clean and smelled nice! I highly recommend this location and will visit again!

I love the fact that they took their time when helping me,I didn't even know where to start even walked me through step by step thank you so much.....especially the manager Eric, he ROCKS!!!

The person who handled my return was friendly and prompt...the wait was entirely too long because the other employees were sitting around talking instead of jumping on a register to assist customers. Horrible first impression from this location. Do better!

Eric is always so kind, knowledgeable and hard working. We have always had a great experience here!
