This store mislabeled my package. I was trying to send my sister Bombas socks and instead they sent her someone’s used iPhone a customer was trying to trade in. When I called the store I was met with several headaches and no direction for what to do next. I have yet to be refunded for the 60$ socks UPS lost and no directions for what to do with someone’s used iPhone that was sent several states away.

I visit this UPS store regularly for returns and mailing packages. There is one male employee who is always very polite, helpful, and welcoming—really appreciate his service. However, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with another employee (I believe her name is Kendry). Every time I interact with her, she seems rude and uninterested. Today, I went in to drop off packages and realized I had accidentally mixed up the barcodes. I politely explained the situation and asked for help fixing it, and I even apologized. Instead of being understanding, she rolled her eyes and made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful, especially when customers are polite and honest about mistakes. I hope management looks into this, because it really affects the overall experience.

I drop off 20-40 packages a week at this location for my small business. I exclusively use UPS for all my shipping needs. The staff at this location is awesome, friendly and always accommodating. My issue is with the female associate that is helping out from another store (from her statement). She is incredibly rude. Her attitude and demeanor is incredibly off putting and unwelcome compared to how interactions go with the core staff. I prefer to have my packages manually scanned in with a drop off receipt, which is standard. She acts as if this is absolutely insane and I just leave them there. Today she suggested I use the self service kiosk and when I told her none of my stuff would fit and I would prefer to have them scanned in, she huff and puffed and acted like scanning packages in was a huge inconvenience.

Cheers to the girl working by herself yesterday! She was doing a great job! BUT, would the UPS store PLEASE consider some kind of drop off scan and go counter for those of us who have our packages labeled and ready to go?

I do not know her name. Location is close by and although very busy the employee was great. Her co worker had to leave because of death in family, she was the only employee and she was calm and efficient!
