Couldn’t have been better! The box I was carrying from my car was BIG … unexpectedly, the UPS man (I learned his name was Jeff) was SO helpful. Apparently he saw me from inside, and not only opened the door for me but immediately took the box, held the door until I got in and carried the box to the counter. So sweet. Jeff’s service at counter was friendly and smooth as silk. Love experiences like this.

Our UPS driver failed to show up for our normal business pick-up so I had to bring 18 boxes to the UPS store for shipping. I backed in at the Nora (Indianapolis) branch and let the team (Jeff & Parker) know that I'd be bringing in a large number of boxes. Before I knew it they were out at my vehicle assisting me bringing in the boxes. This is by far amazing, exemplary customer service and I thank both gentlemen for helping me is such a way.

Don't utilize this store! I needed to mail a check next day to a client and they are not even capable of getting mail from Indy to Chicago without losing the package. I had to take extra time and energy to get a new check made, file a claim on the lost package, makes calls to make sure my client doesn't have his business affected by the delay, etc. And then I went back in to resend the check and was told I would have to come back when the manager is in to see about getting my new check sent without paying a delivery fee, even thought they lost the first check!! They can't perform their basic functions of delivering packages and then provide no help when they made a mistake.

Helpful & friendly staff. I’m usually reluctant or anxious to go into these types of stores, but they never make me feel out of place.

Eddie helped me today and he is a lovely person. When my mom isn’t feeling her best and someone goes out of their way to be kind and helpful to her, as Eddie did today, I’m so impressed! The process to sign up for a mailbox was quick, Eddie helped at every step, and the terms were generous at a fair price. Looking forward to secure package delivery here.
