The employee Destini that was working that evening. She had a super great customer service ideology and a great personality. She went above and beyond to ensure my shipping needs were handled without a hitch. I only wish she was local to me so I could use her services more often.

I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the shipping process smooth and stress-free. The store is well-organized and offers a wide range of services, from packing and shipping to printing and mailbox services. The Certified Packing Experts did a fantastic job ensuring my items were securely packed.

Amy was so wonderful in handling such a busy group of customers in such an exemplary manner. She kept her cool, remained calm, and quickly handled all customers quite well!! I was amazed how quickly the big line of customers were handled!!!

This store is an awesome store. The people that work there are always polite friendly and very knowledgeable about what needs a customer has. I wish every customer service representative was like them; I think we would have a more pleasant world.
