I walked in with a return from Amazon on Monday afternoon. A young man named Sean(Shawn) was ready to help me. I handed him the package. The clothing came out of the bag since the zipper didn’t close. He was fine with helping put it back in the package bag. He closed it, sealed with tape and took the QR code. I was out the door in minutes. He was very efficient, very kind and he said he tries to do his best. So thank you Sean( Shawn) for trying hard at your job. Customer service needs to have more people like you doing their jobs.

I came in to send a package back and let me tell you it was nothing but negative. One of the girls stinks so bad it’s nauseating. and she don’t do her work always on her phone when i was in there. Although a lady named Alyssa helped me through everything and even left me with a smile because of how sweet she is. I would love to visit the store just for her but the other lady just disrespectful and lazy and stink !!

Stood in line as store was busy. Package was processed as female clerk went between taking returns to be shipped. Finally my package was processed, I went to pay in cash & told cash nor check could be accepted. I left with my package. Returned, AFTER calling store if cash was Acceptable, told always. I had to different addressed packages & went to pay, told we don’t accept $50 or $100 bills. NOTHING Posted in store in regard to this. If another customer hadn’t given me change I would again left with my packages! Unacceptable customer service!

There is an amazing woman who’s worked here the last 2 years and usually alone! She always takes those who show up right at closing which makes her customer service above everyone else in today’s age! (Kroger next door wouldn’t let me in 15 min to close because they closed in 15 min I needed formula, woulda be a 3 min in and out trip! I thought customer service was dead until I met this amazing employee!) She is always so pleasant and I look forward to seeing her because she makes my day bright every time I see her. ((Unfortunately i don’t know her name I think I’ve heard of many people saying the same thing I have about a woman named Lisa?)) She is a gorgeous black woman whose beauty shines from the inside out!! she is fast, efficient, kind and has the patience of a saint! She needs the biggest raise, a bonus and an award! She truly earned all her praise because she got a beautiful soul! i

The personal attention that Sean Showed me not only was professional, but he knew exactly what he was doing. What I needed was quite a few things and he helped me accomplish all of them with no hesitation, no heavy breathing, no weird looks or stares And that was worth my way in gold!!!
