Went to process passport application and the workers were distracted the whole time and seemed totally disinterested in helping me. I forgot to take my earbud out for the picture and no one mentioned it to me so now I have to print one myself and send it in, so what was the point of paying the fee to have them do it for me? Safe to say I'll never use this post office again.

Big office with many resources. It does not move quickly but what post office does? So comparatively, I would say average wait time or slightly quicker than others. But I like that they have all resources for when you arrive or an easy grab-go of boxes that you can come back later to mail, and the staff has always been friendly to me! And they have all the stamps in stock (never out of stock of any new stamp styles)

Dropped off a package in the quick drop box inside, a week later the package has still not been scanned. Really hoping employees at this site are not taking packages from the drop box. Asked the desk lady if she could get any information and I was basically told “sorry, I don’t see nothing”

They should be accepting walk ins 11:30-12:30 on Thursdays and we walked in at 11:25 asking for a walk in, they refused to serve us. There were 2 people not working and standing around with only one person in line. Terrible customer service and terrible people with no empathy! USPS should be ashamed for keeping these employees around!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I don’t want to attack anyone personally, but the service here was despicable. Unhelpful, terrible attitudes and no basic respect when talking to customers. All because I was 5 minutes late to a passport appointment. I was told to reschedule the appointment, and I certainly will not be rescheduling at this location.
