The employees were very nice and helpful and I was extremely irritated because the seller if the item I was returning wanted more to return the package then the item was worth. I was having troubles figuring out why I couldn't get the label printed out, and they were able to answer all my questions and help me understand what was going on.

Quick and easy. The manager approached and had her scanner with her. She took my email address and phone number for tracking purposes, scanned it and told me I’d have my updated tracking information within the hour. Less than 3 minutes all told

Dont say it closes at 9pm if the cvs that its located in closes at 8pm

Absolutely incapable of sending or receiving packages for UPS. I needed to return a broken item that I received from UPS. They said they could not scan the QR code and return the item. They suggested I go to a library to scan and print the QR code. Previously when I tried to receive a package they could not scan the package label because their hand scanner was 'down' and they did not know how to 'reboot' their scanner. They should not be in this business. I went to a real UPS store and it took less than a minute to send it on it's way. Do not use this store for anything. They are all incompetent not only for UPS services but also for commercial and prescription services. One star is much more than they should receive.

They got me in and out so quickly! I haven't been in one in so long, I really didn't know what to expect. The whole experience was great.
