I’m in town for business and I had something very important. I needed to fax. Looked up the store said it would be open at 8:30 AM. Had to postpone my work to drive over to the store to get this faxed just so the store isn’t open and nobody’s inside. It is 8:32 AM and it wouldn’t be so bad if I saw people inside, knowing that they would open up in a minute, but there’s absolutely nobody there very unprofessional.

This isn’t a reflection of the branch itself, rather of the company itself. I had a package that is pending a pick up which required a signature. The package was an urgently expected one and the time provided was a time where nobody is able to sign for it. I had called and explained the situation but they decided to throw me back and forth towards them and the sender. All the calls I made to their customer service had me talking to someone who is disrespectful and talked over me CONSTANTLY. I understand ensuring that product and items are not lost but the rigidness and inability to provide more options for situations like this is ridiculous, on top of that, over the phone customer service staff that is utterly rude with 0 intent on fully resolving issues.

I come here to get things printed off. They are extremely helpful and always great customer service.

Quick, friendly and fast...just the way I like it. I do need to ship items occasionally and I like the easy parking and dropping off of packages for processing. Going to the United States Post Office is an exercise in torturous waiting. Going to the UPS Store is an exercise in efficiency.

For those that are skimming reviews trying to find where the heck it is, it's in the NORMANDIE CENTER between RED BIRD and YODER MEATS. Service is fine, if you can find it. There is not currently a sign on the facade, only behind the tinted windows. So it can be hard to spot on most sunny days. They used to be across the street so I can only assume they are still working on getting a proper sign. As other reviews mentioned, a sign out front would really help them out. I even took 5 seconds to take a photo and superimpose a sign for their building. Hopefully this virtual sign helps you out. --- Update July 2024, they've since added a sign on their facade. 🙌 👍They should be a lot easier to find now!
