My job has recently got a post office box at this location. I go in to pick up mail and occasionally drop off. I was trying to do an Amazon return last week and the gentleman at the counter, Nick, informed me he did not know how to do the process without a QR code. I got back in line and waited but saw the time and had to leave. I came back in today to pick up our mail and retry the Amazon drop off with a different person since it was earlier in the day and slower. When I walked in Nick was the only person available and I reminded him that last time he said he was unable to help me as he was not sure how to do it. He began to get hostile in the way he spoke to me about it. He grabbed my shipping labels and crunched it over my amazon return item and showed everyone in the store "I can't ship it like this" When no one was asking him to. He then walked over to the short blond haired girl, who was with a customer, and told her to tell me he couldn't do it. I asked him to not speak to me like I was dumb and if there was something I needed to fix with my paperwork why didn't he tell me that the last time I was there instead of saying he didn't know how to process it. I was not arguing with him about if he could or not, I questioned why he didn't say that the first time. He told me I needed to contact Amazon as he couldn't process without a package. I told him I selected for UPS to handle the packing and I would supply the item. Instead of having an adult conversation with me he showed me his badge and told me to make a complaint about him. I get if you do not like your job, find something else. I was standing arm's length from the counter and he told me to get out his face and leave. He proceeded to go to the back of the store when I was asking him why he was being so rude for no reason and he stayed there until I left. I get the world we live in right now is stressful and scary but there is no need to be rude to someone ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE A PAID EMPLOYEE WHO HAS TO WORK WITH PEOPLE. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB, FIND SOMETHING ELSE. IT IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE TO BE KIND AND HAVE SOME COMPASSION

Tried doing an Amazon return, but the box was delivered in pretty poor shape. The one short haired female employee was extremely rude to us over the box condition and talking over the two very kind male employees that were helping us initially. Won’t be coming back to this location. I’d rather drive across town

I frequent this place often as it is closest. However, the employees all seem to hate their jobs. No one greets you, they just scan and don't speak. No one smiles. I am going to drive further to find employees who can be pleasant and polite. Have asked the guys to help carry in heavy returns and they act very put out and again don't speak. Hire people with a smile and require them to be polite. Update. Today arrive and have this posted?? He literally didn’t know how to ship things. You work at a shipping place. Goodness.

I know each UPS store is independently owned, and this store has employees that need to be trained, not only in their procedures, but in customer service. Today I had one of the worst experiences with the man behind the counter, being rude and arrogant. When I asked to take a picture of the package with the label for proof, they told me all I needed was the receipt and I said no I want a picture of the package It’s a return and it’s an $800 product and I wanted proof and then the employee proceeded to tell me not to rush hi, raised his voice and was rude. So when I said don’t be rude to me, then he started yelling in front of the entire store and someone on the team came over and asked him go to the back room and before I was out, he came out from the back room and started yelling again. Organizations needed to teach their employees that if they’re stressed out not to take it out on the customers. Sure, there are two sides every story but this was ridiculous for just dropping off a package All I can say is I will never be back and buyer beware. I sure hope my package gets delivered, but I do have the receipt.

I’ve used this UPS store for years, but after today, I’ll drive further rather than returning here. I brought in a plastic box that I wanted boxed and shipped. The young girl asked what I was shipping and I said tools. Then without asking my permission, she just opened my bin. This may seem like a simple thing, but her rude intrusive attitude was too much.
