Very disappointing experience with UPS. I came to return a shipment that originally arrived as one order packed in two boxes. Instead of helping, the staff refused to provide the correct return labels for both boxes and insisted that I either purchase additional labels myself or pay UPS to repack everything into one box. I was quoted $100–$150 just to combine the boxes, even though this was not my mistake and the shipment arrived this way originally. I visited the location more than once, explained the situation clearly, and still received no reasonable solution. This felt like unnecessary pressure to pay extra money rather than actual customer service. Very frustrating and unacceptable. I expected better support.

The place is clean well staffed, staff was very friendly and helpful and chatted with me as they got packages ready to mail.

I got a package shipped with free shipping and had it sent to the ups store for pickup so I wouldn't have a guitar sitting on my porch in the weather. I have done this many times, and just picked up the package with no fees. Now there is a $5.00 fee all of a sudden. Customer service could not explain why. Ups sucks, customer service is worthless!

The man that runs the place is condescending and very rude. The UPS store is a franchised business and is ONLY affiliated with the UPS company by name. This particular company under pays their employees overcharges their customers and isn't adherent to the same standards and practices of the company they "claim" to be affliated with. Take your business elsewhere.....

I have nothing but good words to say about this location, I have had a young girl help me two different times and she had so much patience with me and getting a label printed, she took her time and got the right answers for me.
