This is my 2nd time coming to that location & I like going there the staff is very friendly professional & respectful. This location is way better than the 2 other locations I went to & will not go to those locations again. I'm glad it's convenient for me as well as being opened on Sundays which is a plus. Definitely will tell my family & friends to go there.

I work right around the corner and came over to UPS to process my return for amazon! This is my FIRST time ever doing a return and I was shocked and how quick and easy it was! Definitely lowered my anxiety of not knowing what to expect. Shout out to all the employees at UPS by The Avalon! Very friendly staff and immediate greeting as I entered into their store! Now I know I have a secure UPS store that I can trust to get the job done ✔️

I have been coming here almost every day for several months and always have a positive experience. They have kiosks you can scan your packages and Amazon returns with, but the staff are also friendly, helpful, and efficient. The workers I see most regularly are Damari, Donnell, and Marquis (sorry if I misspelled any). It’s convenient that they are open til 7p weekdays, 5p on Saturdays, and 3p on Sundays. Thanks and keep up the greatness!
