I had a great experience at this UPS Store. I dropped off 10 boxes for shipment, and the staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. They made the process easy, answered my questions, and handled everything. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

This location does what you need to do. There was a decent way in the middle of the day on a weekday, but I think they didn’t have that many people on, maybe people were on break, but there was really only one person at the register and another person that was helping somebody else so the line was getting long. I do Amazon returns at UPS and then when I have to ship anything there. They always do everything correctly so I love that and they confirm the information and you can see it right in front of you. I was there for an Amazon return and it went super quickly. The staff there are efficient.

Young team member by the name Jabari greeted me with a smile and quickly accessed how to package my delicate item for shipment. This was a major concern of mine and Jabari assured me their UPS Store would do the best job possible to deliver my package safely. Jabari than clearly stated the cost for shipping my package and I left the store confident. I give Jabari a 5 star rating !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The UPS Store at the Rotunda on 711 W 40th St in Baltimore, MD provides an excellent experience every time. The service is always swift, precise, and professional. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful and efficient.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Antionette at this UPS store. After a high-value package went missing in the UPS logistics system for over 10 days with tracking errors, conflicting scans, incorrect delivered locations, and no progress/help from UPS corporate support (the tracking was wrong and a complete mess) Antionette took the time to actually look for it herself, found it, emailed me and held it to prevent RTS. She’s the reason the package was recovered. Thank you, Antionette, you really came through. Have a great New Year!
