First time at this location. I came in 10 minutes to closing time. I was assisted by Krina and Jennifer but the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Krina scanned all of my items in just a few moments. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything in order and made it so quick and easy. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience. Jennifer was right there to take my packages and finish up with additional labels needed for the lithium ion safety notices. The whole experience was literally the best I’ve ever had as fair as customer service goes. I had five packages to send out and I was in and out in 5 minutes! I will always come to this location from now on. Not to mention it’s just around the corner. Thank you Washington Blvd UPS Team! Awesome service!!

I made an appointment online for a Notary, arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and the employee said there is no notary there that entire day. I asked about my appointment and she said that appointments are basically useless, they have no access to the emails or any online portals. They could of told me over a week ago that there wouldn't be a notary in, but don't even check the system. A waste of time and rude service.

When I entered the Establishment I was greeted by The young woman Krina and the young man politely.. They were very informative and helpful.. Their Communication with was key on making my Decision to return to this establishment and refer it to family and friends.

Staff was very rude. I went to drop off an Amazon return, and I was told it needed to be boxed, even though the instructions clearly stated that no box or label was required. I believe the employee’s name was Jenilee.
