New Staff - New Rules? This location no longer accepts USPS packages !! I just tried to drop off a USPS box and was berated by the woman behind the front desk. I literally come in here weekly with returns so I was confused as to why she wouldn't let me put my USPS in the normal spot. She raised her voice at me and cut me off from speaking twice until finally saying they don't accept USPS packages anymore.  When I asked her how long this new rule had been in place she said 'about a month' which is an absolute lie because I dropped off a USPS package two days prior.  If there's a new rule that's fine, but put up a sign so customers know what the new process is instead of yelling at us across the room. Never had issues with the previous staff at this location, and no issues with the current staff until now. Overall the store is convenient and has everything you need...except USPS dropoff LOL...

They’re usually great, but today they charged me $10 to pick up a package. Had already paid for shipping to pick up at this location through the merchant of my package, and there was no mention of any additional fees for sending here. I had already picked up a different package the other day (from the same order), and was not charged any extra fees then. Not sure if this is legit or a little sus..

They are the nicest and most helpful people that I have ever meet. They keep the store very clean and go out of their way to ensure all of our needs are being addressed. They have been exceptionally nice to my mother who recently moved here and was concerned about having to run errands on her own. It has become such a pleasure to use this UPS location, especially since the new owner took over.

This location is very selective in who they want to charge. I went to return my Amazon item. They want to charge me 2.99 per piece of paper when they can just scan the label. Also, they want to charge five dollars for a bag when my item was already in a box and a bag. This location is just scamming money off of people because the UPS off of Washington clearly just scan my labels and I went on about my day. Don’t use this location for return to Amazon if you don’t look like the crowd.

This store abruptly stopped accepting large USPS packages without any warning. Unclear what constitutes as large but the convenience of using this store has been diminished. I will be finding other options
