I have shipped many packages here and they are very good at doing this activity. Went there yesterday for passport photos and uploaded them to the State Department...THEY WERE REJECTED so it was a total waste of the $ 21.20 that was charged to my credit card ! My wife took photos and they were accepted. Do not use UPS for this service. They better just stick to package shipments. UPS may be great at shipping packages but certainly not taking passport photos AS I HAVE ALREADY STATED from a first hand experience. As a lifelong small businessman the right thing to do is REFUND the money as a true means to say sorry. For me WORLD CLASS is the U.S.N.A. where I spent time, not a giant corporation named UPS. I guess the next step is for you to remove my review.

Why is it that the notary is never there? Two weeks ago I called for a notary and was told to come in on Tuesday (which was perfect because that’s when I’m off from work), I was informed that she’d be there from 8-2, I come in early and was informed that the notary “stepped out”, I waited for a while then left. I called again today and was told that she wasn’t there once again. What is with this place and notaries? Why is she never there? At this point I don’t even want a notary from this place this is so unprofessional.

10/10 service and experience. Despite a busy period, the staff was immediately attentive and helpful with my last-minute print job. A young lady and young man monitored my email and efficiently resolved a sending error. The team remained patient and professional even when dealing with a rude customer ahead of me in line. Highly recommend this location and will be returning!

Always a quick and easy time whenever I make my way to this ups store; I also made a note of asking the gentleman Kyrin his name in anticipation of this review. He’s always been very nice every time I come.

The 3 stars are for the location, and the staff memeber I got to encounter today. Otherwise, I am not choosing to use this location again if I don’t have to because they charge for nothing like printing labels for returns- something that retailers email and pay for, most of the staff doesn’t look you in the eye, talks past you, and looks like they hate their job- and the experiences I have had with the young short man who works there are just unnecessary. He either hates his life or just sucks at his job and he’s there everytime I go. I avoid going to him because the two times I’ve experienced him at the register I’ve been met with attitude and young entitled energy. It’s unwarranted and makes you feel like you shouldn’t come into the store. Luckily I have been able to slowly enter, and linger so that one of the women helps me. Overall this store lacks in comparison to other USP stores and is always a bit cluttered and chaotic. Today I dropped in and the young lady with black hair was very kind to inform me of the $10 pick up cost for having my package sent there- something the retailer doesn’t mention at all- and let me go with the notice. She was kind and overall a better support than I usually experience there. It helped me decide I won’t be using the location if I don’t have to.
