I’m glad that I picked this UPS Store to ship from unlike others that are in my area. I love that I was able to walk in to return my Verizon Settop Boxes without having to wait in a long line. The staff was very polite and friendly. I will definitely use this location again.

The 2 ladies at the front desk were phenomenal; prompt, courteous & very efficient despite how busy it was tonight (and it is busy here for a reason, as the workers are phenomenal, unlike the nearby FedEx Office location which is always empty, also for good reason). They got my items packaged very quickly, and with kindness as well. I would never go anywhere else to ship my items!

This UPS location is awful—long lines (out the door), visible trash, packages stacked in the front blocking access to mailboxes, an unpleasant smell, limited tight parking and slow service in a dim, unwelcoming atmosphere. I brought an Amazon return with a QR code; the employee printed and taped the label, then charged me $3.18 for one page without warning. I did not pay and said I would come back after printing it myself, the label was thrown away. If I knew I had to pay $3 for a shipping label, I would of printed at home for a UPS pickup. I had just been to the nearby FedEx, where multiple labels were printed for free and the service and ambiance was night and day. If you have a choice, go to FedEx.

Evey time I come into this store; which I come here quite often because I own a business . They are nothing but kind to me and they are very quick ! I never had an issue with this store ever in life . Also everybody knows exactly what they are doing as well .

Consistently great service! i'm sorry I cannot remember the names of the two women and gentleman who have helped me on my recent visits, but all three were notably accommodating and kind. I want to say one was Amanda... woman working the register on the evening of July 18 if that helps for management. They're all doing an awesome job!I have come to this store for years and have no complaints.
