Had a package delivered here today. They gave my package to a random person I don't know and told me that person had the tracking number. UPS told me that they are not authorized to give to anyone without a matching photo ID. That wasn't followed. They told me to file a UPS claim and a police report for a stolen package. Not the hassle I was hoping for today...

PLEASE PEOPLE IF YOUR COMING HERE TO DO ANYTHING REGARDING “UPS” please don’t waste your time!!! Went into the store ask simply did they offer the service due to them not having any “UPS” signs displayed. I was told if my package is not packaged they cannot, which it was than he asked if it was labeled I showed him my code and he simply stated I cannot return UPS packages without a label. Once I reached out UPS and ask why are they listed as an “Access Point” but can not help your customer. I was told I was able to be helped here but staff refused. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS they pick and chose who to help!! YOU BEEN WARNED

Always efficient and helpful! Convenient location within walking distance of my home but parking is always easy when I do drive. Never had a bad experience here.

The gentleman that runs this access point is very professional and kind. I've never had a problem getting my packages and I get many items shipped here.

I really like going to this business. It's convenient AND the EMPLOYEES ARE NICE.
