I recently moved to North End area. I visited this UPS Store twice. The first time there was this tall Indian guy who was really helpful and friendly, explained all the questions regarding my moving boxes very briefly , he seemed very educated about what he is doing. Second time there was this guy who seemed frightened and god knows what he speaks, looked slow and a girl who had attitude up her nose and looked like all she cared was getting people out of the store. All i got was "you're all set" attitude. Owners please hire someone who is ready to give customers a chance to talk, someone like that tall guy (i hope he is still here and working). What's the point of having a store if you can't help or let people explain their UPS related questions. If we knew things, we would not show up. We don't need to. World is too fast for your attitude based employees. Sucks UPS gives franchises to anyone these days. One star to this location only because of that first employee they had.

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was super helpful in finding exactly what I needed, and I loved the wide selection of office supplies. Definitely my go-to spot for all things work-related!

Every time I come here, it’s the same issue. I haven’t left a review before, although I’ve thought about it multiple times, but I’ve finally had enough. The bald employee working the front counter is consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. This is not a one-time incident, it has been ongoing for a long time. Multiple customers, myself included, have complained to the owner over the past year, and nothing has changed. This is now a management failure, not a staffing mistake. Until ownership addresses this problem and replaces or retrains this employee, I will not be returning. I’m also no longer comfortable recommending this business to others.

I called today to urgently ship a very fragile, custom size package. The woman who answered the phone quickly took my information and within 15 mins I got a callback from the owner saying he could jump right on it. Him, his daughter, and his team quickly made up some sturdy packaging and we were able to get everything out the door by end of day. They went above and beyond to make this happen. Driving from the South Shore to meet me. They answered all my questions about cost, delivery timing, and laid out all my options. They even went so far as finding the best coupon to apply to my order, ensuring I got the lowest price. Thank you team!! I will definitely be back for all my corporate and personal needs.

Hands down the best ups store in town! Kewon was incredibly friendly and professional. I was stuck in traffic and called to check if they were still open, he kindly waited for me and helped with packaging and everything. I’m truly grateful for how kind and attentive he was. Thank you again Kewon, I really appreciate your help
