Not all UPS store locations are the same! I went to this one today to drop off a package and was helped by "Shaundell". Before they helped me, I watched how kindly they helped the person before me. Shaundell is polite, friendly, and very courteous. They have a nice sense of humor and it really made this experience great. I'll definitely be back and I hope that Shaundell receives this positive feedback and get the kudos they deserve! They're an asset to UPS as a company. Thank you for providing us customers with such wonderful employees!

I am so grateful that this is my local UPS store, because everyone that works there is wonderful. Not only are they fast and good at what they do, but they are always friendly, warm and helpful, even though it's almost always extremely busy, and in a pretty small space, too. I hope the people that work at this location know that they are appreciated and add a little bit of brightness in this world! If you have any UPS needs that require a patient and helpful employee, this would be the one to go to.

The 955 Mass Ave location has wonderful staff. They are always friendly and helpful. The store is always busy, but is meat and upbeat. The store has longevity with the staff, which is great because it helps when you know your regulars. Even though a long-time staff member recently left, all of the remaining staff are great. I would strongly recommend this location for your shipping needs. They are a knowledgeable group and hopefully as members leave and new ones come aboard they're able to maintain the same high-level of customer service.

Best service ever. Even at crunch times like Christmas and tax deadline, the staff remains cheerful and incredibly helpful. I've seen them solve shipping problems for people with all kinds of difficult shapes and sizes.

One male blond worker misplaced a paper of mine and the other lady worker (brunette) was super aggressive towards ME for their mistake. No apologies or anything.... seriously avoid this place if you can .
