Very disappointed with the service at this UPS location. The staff was not only unhelpful but downright rude. Instead of providing assistance or even basic courtesy, they were dismissive and acted as if helping customers was a burden. I expect a minimum level of professionalism when using a service like UPS, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I won’t be returning to this location and would recommend others avoid it if possible.

Just a cascade of issues. I never received a tracking number, then I was home for a signed package and the driver didn’t knock. I called and they said he couldn’t reroute, which is totally fine. I said no problem, but then I’ll have to change the delivery date to next Tuesday. The ups rep said they were going to charge me, and I said no offense but I’d like them to waive that fee since they made a mistake. She told me no, so I politely asked to speak to meet with a manager and she just said no again. I’m only leaving this review because I feel like it’s my only recourse. The one star comes more from the fact that the rep didn’t give me anything to work with than the missed package. Life’s complex but at least try to help your customers when there’s an issue.

I had such a great experience at the UPS store thanks to Patrick! He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help me with my shipping needs. He made everything easy and stress-free, answering all my questions with a smile.

When a return policy required I pay for shipping, Nick G and Amari A was willing to cut down the box it was originally shipped in to help me limit costs. Top class service right there.
