Excellent service at the UPS Store on Columbus Ave! The staff member was incredibly patient when I had trouble finding my address and kindly waited while I looked for it. He even wrote the estimated delivery date on the invoice and clearly explained the shipping label and insurance options. Truly professional and helpful—highly recommend this location.

Went in today at 6:40pm to return a package. Wasn’t able to make the return until after 7:15pm. There are two workers in here, and only one is processing customer packages. Im sure the other has tasks but you would think as a long line goes out the door the other guy could step in for a couple people. Would have been nice if UPS had more concern for customer satisfaction. But alas all I can do is write a disgruntled review.

Lando is absolutely amazing to work with! He was so helpful and truly went out of his way to make sure I got exactly the product I needed within the timeframe I was on. What a refreshing experience! I will definitely be coming back to this location again just because of him!

Had an exceptional experience today (at 5:20pm; he didn't have a name tag so I don't have his name) because the employee provided the best customer service I've ever encountered at a UPS store. He was patient, helpful, and very kind. Please commend him and further compensate him!

I felt compelled to leave a review after experiencing such exceptional customer service from Lando. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely positive and helpful these days, it was truly refreshing. He even stayed after closing to help us with a return. Lando is a true asset to your company.
