I went in this morning to get something printed. The store manager, Kevin was working there. He was very cheerful and helpful. He was efficient and making sure everyone got the help promptly. He was by himself and was acknowledging everyone that walked in right away and asked them how he could help. Gold star experience.

I had multiple problems with my local UPS while trying to get fingerprinted so I decided to make the 1.5 hour trek into Boston to try this location. I called in before to make sure their machine was functional and Kevin was super knowledgeable and helpful. The next day he helped me through the process and was kind and patient. He truly made my day and made all my frustration from my experience at my local location go away! Kevin is the best :)

Kevin is the best UPS Store employee I have ever had the pleasure of chatting with. I come in constantly because I’m an online shopping addict and return things all the time and he is both helpful, knowledgeable and kind every single time. I used to hate returning packages at other stores, my fiancé and I genuinely both look forward to going to the UPS store now because the staff is so great.

The customer service at the UPS Store on Boylston St., Fenway-Boston is excellent—every single visit exceeds my expectations. The staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely personable. It feels less like running an errand and more like stopping in to see neighbors and friends. This is a newer store, but it’s already woven itself into the neighborhood perfectly. Everyone seems to know not only your name, but even your dog’s name, which adds such a welcoming, small-town vibe in the middle of the city. The team always goes above and beyond—guiding you toward the most cost-effective way to mail something, helping pack your items securely, taping boxes, and even printing labels if needed. They make the process so smooth and stress-free. I can’t recommend this store enough. It’s rare to find such consistent, above-and-beyond service, and I’m truly grateful to have them in the community. Best, A. Field
