I’ve visited multiple times, sometimes even more than once in the same day, and every experience has been positive. The staff communicates well and handles pressure impressively, especially considering how busy this area of the city can get. The location is convenient and accessible by public transportation, including the light rail, right in the heart of Uptown. It’s a truly unique place, as shown in the videos and pictures. The owner has gone above and beyond what’s expected, even redesigning my prints to make them exactly how I wanted at no additional charge. I’ve also watched him turn around rush service for a World Cup soccer promo on a Sunday morning without any staff on hand, which shows how committed they are. I can’t recommend this place enough. Be sure to ask about services that may not be listed to find out what else they offer.

This is HANDS DOWN the best UPS store I’ve ever used. Friendliest staff and they go ABOVE AND BEYOND! Highly recommend anyone go to this store for their shipping needs! Special shout out to Jiggy for the extra service!

Went into this UPS Store in Charlotte and had a really good experience. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. They helped me get everything shipped out quickly without making it stressful or complicated. You can tell they actually care about customers and want to help. Definitely one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend.

Great UPS location! Jiggy is consistently friendly, patient, and very helpful & makes every visit smooth and quick. Jiggy handled all of our signage and print marketing materials seamlessly and worked closely with me to get everything done on time for our grand opening. He even offers a fun spin-the-wheel promotion after a certain amount spent, which adds a nice extra touch. You can tell they really care about customers at this location & there’s not much they don’t do. Definitely the best location I’ve been to & highly recommend!

Absolutely love this store! It is super convenient for those that are uptown and need to ship things on their way to or from work. Jiggy and Chloe are both equally incredible. Super friendly and knowledgeable, and always provide the best solution for any situation. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
