This is the best local UPS store! The owner and his team are friendly and go above and beyond for us. I needed a complicated print job done, and they took the time to go over a few different versions and stayed after closing to get it done. 5/5!

Great location and service. 15 min parking spots for quick in and out. And talk about customer service. I showed up with a return when the store was closed on a holiday and the owner happened to be in the store catching up on stuff and he unlocked the door to take care of me. Thanks so much.

The best UPS store in the Charlotte area! I ship once a week and truly had the best experience on a busy Friday. Maryam was so kind and helpful. Everyone was friendly and working as a team to service customers!

My husband and I went to this UPS Store to get our wedding thank you cards printed, and received service that was above and beyond anything we could have expected. Atul - the store owner - went out of his way to help us get the right size/shape/photo quality of the cards by giving us tips on how to make the digital version more print friendly and also trying different settings on his printer to ensure that they printed well. We are very grateful for the time and effort he spent on our prints despite his busy evening and our project exceeding far beyond the closing time of the store. Thanks to Atul, our cards turned out so much better than what we had when we first walked in! The service at this UPS is far more than just a service.
