Came in at 8:30 open and no one was at the building. There was other people waiting too and we stayed till 8:45 and no one seemed to be in the building all the lights were off and called to see if someone was in the building and no one was there. We all ended up leaving.

I am having the worst experience with ups. I sent out a package for next day delivery., and paid For that. It took them 2 day to deliver my package. Now they don't want to give me my refund. This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with

I recently visited the new UPS store and was impressed with the large number of services offered. As someone who often need to get documents notarized, I was pleased to see that they had a notary on staff who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. These guys are really fast!! In addition to the notary service, they also had excellent printing, copying, and shredding services. The printing quality was top-notch, and the staff was helpful. Mr. Salah is awesome and was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of the services was excellent. All the best with the new store!
