I usually have good experiences at this UPS Store, but my most recent visit was frustrating. I came in to print a return label and when I told the associate at the desk, “Hi, I’m here for a print job,” she looked at me so surprised it felt like I had said something completely out of place. She didn’t respond, just stared, and then looked at her manager for guidance. The manager had to step in and explain what to do. From there the process felt awkward. The associate told me that in the future I should call ahead for a print job, which seemed unnecessary since it was just a one-page return label. She eventually found my document easily by searching my name, but then I was charged about two dollars for “computer use” even though I never touched the computer myself. She was the one who looked it up. What frustrated me most was at checkout. While I was paying, another customer was having trouble on a computer and the associate abruptly turned away from me mid-transaction to help her without finishing up or even acknowledging that I was all set. I was left standing there awkwardly until the manager came over and asked if everything was complete. Overall, I think the associate is still learning, but more training is definitely needed, especially on customer communication and making sure transactions are properly closed. A simple “you’re good to go, have a great day” would have made all the difference.

Every time I go to this UPS store I have the best experience because of the staff of two ladies there! Every time I go in they are running that store so smoothly and efficiently! I wish I remembered the other ladies name but they are the kindest souls! Miss Linda usually helps me out and makes sure everything is in order for you. :)

The staff here are excellent, kind and knowledgeable. Quick service and greeted at the door with a smile.

I adore the ladies at this store! They are always the epitome of kind and patient! Inevitably, I have one Amazon return every time I visit that gets me flustered and they always help me figure it out!

This UPS team, is always very friendly and courteous. Work is efficient and the team is very knowledgeable. Love going to this drop off. No long waiting in line. Always ready to assist with your every need. 👍🏽🙂
