Beware that this location does not offer notary services despite allowing you to make a notary service appointment online and advertising notary services in their window. I made an appointment and showed up at the correct time only to be told that the system “shouldn’t have let [me]” and that there is no notary at this location. I was sent to the next nearest location with a notary, which was 20 minutes away in Huntersville. The counter associate at this location was friendly and the notary issue isn’t her fault, but this is something that the store manager needs to address.

I walked in at 7pm. My package was ready to ship. The heavyweight man said that I needed to come back at a reasonable hour. I asked if there was a drop box. The man said we are done for the day. Wow…such great customer service. Hopefully at some point karma will return their favors to them.

I see UPS STORE INC as a very organized and responsible institution which delivers its promise in terms of their core objectives, delivering citizens wide range of items safely and upon the agreed time, and at times even before the actual time.

I was waiting in line when the man in front of me immediately gave the lady at the register a nasty attitude even though she was very nice to me when it was my turn and did her job anyways when I walked out the man was visibly slamming the computer mouse against the desk irritated so Im assuming hes the one that left that awful review overall I feel bad for her and would rather everyone know shes truly sweet

Stopped by The UPS Store at 8640 University City Blvd today, and I have to say, the staff here are amazing. No matter what you’re there for returns, shipping, or even just a quick question they handle everything with professionalism and a great attitude. Even when it’s busy, they stay patient and helpful, making sure everyone gets taken care of. It’s nice to walk into a place where customer service actually feels genuine. If you need to ship something or get anything printed, this is definitely the place to go!
