The whole crew is amazing and always so helpful. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I have yet to walk in and be greeted with anything but happy smiles and accommodating service! They always go above & beyond. Donovan helped me today and even though I came to the wrong location, he he was so kind and still helped me tape up my box. Truly above and beyond service here!

Donavan H was supposed to be off work and he stayed a LONG time after to help us ship out MANY heavy boxes we would have had to take out of the Charlotte convention center in an Uber if he hadn't stayed. He definitely made our day, and it had been a long one. He was friendly and did thorough quality work even though we kept him well past closing time.

I was to mail some documents to Atlanta on Saturday. Lucas was at store and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I actually visited the store twice because of one mistake I made. Lucas helped me with my needs professionally and quickly. I'd surely use UPS more than other delivery options in future too. Thanks!!

Donavan was a godsend - spent over an hour making sure I got everything needed done (from passport photos to notarization to scanning/printing 50+ pages of documents), and was extremely patient. Very thankful for his help!
