My service experience wasn’t really an issue. The staff wasn’t rude but also not very warm and friendly either - just hello and straight-forward. But the biggest complaint I have is the fact that they nearly charge you to breathe in their store! Literally EVERYTHING tacks on an extra fee, even things that are communicated as a convenience (printing a prepaid label). $20+ for an average size box and to tape it (not a tape roll) seems predatory. Bring your own post office, shipping warehouse, and packing supplies if you decide to visit this store.

Does not matter the time or day, the team at this store makes every visit fun and enjoyable. You wouldn’t think dropping off Packages would be a positive experience. But this team always makes me laugh and smile. I told the gentleman that I was going on vacation next week and he jokingly said I’m going to tell your boss that you can’t take any more vacation time. He made me laugh in the middle of a hectic morning. Thank you to the team for being my go to for all of my packaging and mailing needs.

I visit this store often mainly for amazon returns, however, today I shipped a package. The customer service is consistent from the owners and the staff I've encountered. The owners are active in the business and have hired great staff. Ramon, specifically, is friendly, helpful and efficient. It's great to have a neighborhood store that's convenient and provides excellent service.

Brooke was the absolute worst employee I’ve ever encountered. She has incredibly rude and I will not be back because of her. I just wanted to ship a birthday gift and she was HORRIBLE

Have been here a few times for returns and the staff have been wonderful! Recently went to get my 2 month olds passport photo and the staff were very helpful and patient !
