I don’t typically leave reviews for ups stores lol but I had to after leaving today. The lady who helped me was super nice, patient, and very efficient. I am very impressed because I never leave ups stores eager to leave a review hahah.

Worked with this location to print off brochures for a senior night recognition. They made an error and printed the same page twice which was identified 15 minutes before the event started. They agreed to reprint the publications, but when I went to pick them up, the gentleman was extremely unfriendly. Seems like he didn’t understand that they made the error not us! I would choose another location! Not good for the UPS store brand.

Nice staff. Quick and easy. Fully staffed near closing time. Tips: you can’t see the store from the road. the store is in the big building, but its middle walkway lower floor. Parking in the back is free.

Moo was so helpful and took so much care packing a complicated package for us. Everyone in the store was so kind and friendly as well- the BEST UPS location I have ever visited!

This UPS store is always great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Jiggy, the store manager, went above and beyond helping me get a package delivered on time. He even called me from his personal phone during a power outage after getting it rerouted following a failed attempt. Definitely something he didn’t have to do. Can’t recommend enough.
