Lol, I thought the reviews were being dramatic but the worker I talked to really did not seem like she wanted to be there. I know no one wants to be at their job, but still. I had my package all boxed up and labeled too. My bad for getting home a few minutes too late to get to the UPS store on Camden! 2 stars because it was quick and I got my receipt texted to me.

Perfect the CVS Staff, UPS fails to give them the tools they need to purchase and print labels for staff. You must already have the package labeled. This defeats the purpose of going to a store to ship something. If I'm going to go through the work of printing a label at home, I'll drop it off in the regular mailbox. (Edit: The response to this review ignores the lack of open UPS stores on Sunday which leads to driving to these locations in the first place. If I have to wait for a UPS store to be open, then the Access Point Location is pointless.)

Dis place be inside a CVS. I couldn't find it at first and axed one of the employees. I think she be the manager or supervisor. She whispered something real quiet I couldn't hear. Then I fount out it be at the register. The cashier that scanned my package nor the manager ain't never said hi or nuttin. In fact they barely talked to me. Both looked like they wanna quit. I only came up their cuz the UPS store be closed. Ain't cummin back no more!

Charge you to tape a box closed. Charge you to print a label from Amazon to return. Charge you to breathe. I absolutely loathe this ups and i have never been so nickeled and dimed at a shipping facility as i have here. I hope i never have to return but unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. Boooooooo.

Retrieve the package since it wasn't picked up when scheduled. Marked as delivered when I picked it up causing confusion about its location. Don't use if time important
