This store is extremely busy. It needs 2 people at the counter. The 1 guy with the braids totally knows what he's doing with rates and all. But he's still only 1 guy.

The woman who helped me, Jinji/Gingi, was an absolute treat. She was beyond helpful in a pinch. So kind, so understanding. I wish everyone I was in contact with was as wonderful as this woman was to me.

The UPS Store inside the Omni is probably the best store in America. When I called with a significant problem I was trying to troubleshoot at a different UPS Store due to a third party vendor miscommunication, they listened, anticipated problems, and began to execute a complex print job that I needed handled in 90 minutes. This job was not for business ,but was very personal. I spent 20 hours working on a beautiful funeral program for my grandmother and the funeral home changed the size, the page order, and I had 90 minutes to fix it on a Sunday afternoon. The staff at this UPS Store, printed it accurately, folded each program, and helped me trim the edges. They also did it with a smile. They are first class! What a gift they were to help me in a time where the most important thing I could do is to honor my grandmother's memory. Their heroic efforts were a gift to me and my family!

Be aware that because this is a special UPS store located inside the Omni hotel that if you ship something there and want to pick it up, they hit you with an extra $75 fee. There’s another UPS store less than a mile away does charge any extra fees. You would think shipping UPS to a UPS store there would be no additional charges. And asked for the service, I got to load my packages on a cart and take it down to my vehicle myself, and had to return the cart.

Yesterday (11-4-24) my disabled wife was trying to have her signature notarized to vote. The location at 4 NE 10th Street did not have a notary. She was trying to find this store, which is located downtown at 100 Oklahoma Avenue, on the 2nd floor of a large hotel. I was trying to get information from the UPS person who answered the phone, as to whether there was a actually a notary there (since there wasn't one at the first UPS store who advertises that they have one), and then called again asking help as to where she could try to park or how to find the store in the large hotel. He was very rude and obviously annoyed that I called twice for his help. I wasn't there to help her get in, so she gave up and had to drive across town to another location to find a notary. I should have gotten his name, but he was a jerk.
